Weekly cadence template for monitoring solicitation changes across OASIS+, Alliant 2, STARS III, GSA MAS, and agency-specific vehicles relevant to NorthAI's federal posture.
Ch 14 of Shrink-Wrap It is direct: "In federal markets, how you sell often matters as much as what you sell. The best product with the wrong acquisition structure loses to a mediocre product with the right structure." NorthAI is pre-authorized and pre-schedule. Every week the vehicle landscape shifts. This tracker makes sure no solicitation window closes while the team is heads-down on product.
The 45-day simplified acquisition pathway on GSA Schedule versus the 9-12 month full-and-open competition is not academic. It determines whether the first federal revenue lands in Year 1 or Year 2.
Each Monday the Federal Posture Lead pulls sam.gov opportunities, GSA eBuy activity, and GWAC modification notices. The table below is the canonical output format. Delta column uses three states: No change, Watch (a material change that may affect NorthAI's eligibility or positioning), and Act (requires an action this week).
| Vehicle | NorthAI status | Last week delta | Delta state | Action this week | Owner |

The goal for Phase 1 is not to be on every vehicle. The goal is to be on at least one vehicle that lets the first paying federal customer issue a task order without a lengthy full-and-open competition. Based on NorthAI's current profile and the sub-of-prime CHN channel:
| Day | Task | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Pull sam.gov search results for target NAICS (541512, 541715, 541990) + PSC (R425, R408). Check GSA eBuy for MAS activity. Log deltas. | 30 min |
| Monday | Update delta table. Escalate any Act items to team Slack immediately. | 15 min |
| Wednesday | Follow up on any Watch items requiring analysis. Brief First-SKU Launch lead if CHN vehicle changes affect teaming posture. | As needed |
| Friday | Review procurement forecast scan for any agency-specific solicitations matching target programs (OSI&A, OSD R&E, DIA, INSCOM). | 20 min |
